SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

This Act may be cited as the Assistance for Better Living Environments for Veterans Act or the ABLE Veterans Act .

SEC. 2. INCREASE TO MAXIMUM THRESHOLD FOR CERTAIN DEPARTMENT OF VETERANS AFFAIRS HOME HEALTH SERVICE BENEFIT.

Section 1717(a)(2)(A)(ii) of title 38, United States Code, is amended by striking $6,800 and inserting $15,000 .
