About Oathstar
Oathstar is an independent record of what every member of Congress does in office: how they vote, when they break with their party, what they say, whether their bills pass, and which committees fund them, each number from a public source with a published method.
Who it’s for
People whose work depends on Congress: PAC and government-affairs staff, lobbyists, campaigns, reporters and researchers. Anyone can read the public pages without an account.

How it differs from other services
| Service | What it says it is | Prices |
|---|---|---|
| Oathstar | Public, sourced profiles of every member; PAC money joined to the lobbying filings of the organizations behind each PAC and to the member’s votes; daily refresh | Published on /pricing |
| Quorum | A public-affairs platform for government-affairs teams: legislative tracking, stakeholder CRM, grassroots advocacy and PAC management | Not published; request a demo |
| FiscalNote | Policy intelligence (PolicyNote): legislative and regulatory tracking with analysis, including CQ and Roll Call reporting | Not published; talk to sales |
| LegiStorm | Congressional staff contacts and directories, disclosure documents, hearing schedules and revolving-door tracking | Subscription; not published on its Pro page |
| GovTrack | Bill and member tracking, voting records and report cards, run by Civic Impulse, LLC | Public website |
Descriptions summarize each service’s own pages as of October 2026. Oathstar shows PAC gifts and campaign totals only, never individual donors’ names or employers (52 U.S.C. 30111(a)(4)), and never rates races or predicts outcomes.
