What it does
This bill prohibits the importation of seafood and seafood products from Russia. This prohibition applies to seafood products of Russian origin, including any such product that is incorporated into another product or that is substantially transformed in a country other than Russia.
The prohibition shall terminate 90 days after the date on which the President determines and certifies to Congress that the Russian government has terminated its prohibition on the importation of seafood products from the United States. Upon making such a certification, the President shall notify U.S. Customs and Border Protection with respect to the termination date.
